Carbon Steel Cookware
What professional kitchens have been using for centuries — before nonstick pans existed. Lighter than cast iron, builds a natural nonstick patina with seasoning that gets better every time you cook. Ceramic Nonstick Cookware
If you really want nonstick, ceramic-coated cookware is one of the better options because it avoids traditional PFAS/PTFE-style coatings. The tradeoff is that ceramic coatings are still coatings, so they wear down over time and usually do best with lower heat, gentler tools, and hand washing when possible.
